Physical Therapy
for BJJ athletes.
As Grapplers....
We accept that pain and injury are nearly unavoidable.
We understand that at some point on our BJJ journey we will be physically unable to train or compete.
That being said, our bodies are much more resilient than you may think. Just because you have been sidelined by pain and injury, doesn't mean you have to hang up our gi for good!
We don't have to choose between Jiu-Jitsu and a pain free life, we can have both!
With some hard work and professional guidance you can get back on the mats free of pain and stronger than ever before. Reach and see how I can help you get rid of pain and get back to the sport we love!

My name is Edgar Urilov. I am a Licensed Physical Therapist and BJJ practitioner with over 7 years experience treating grapplers and other combat sport athletes.
I have had injuries for as long as I have been competing in wrestling, BJJ and MMA. Ever since my very first injury (AC joint sprain Right shoulder) I have been absolutely fascinated with the process of rehabilitation.
Since then I have accumulated an extensive list of injuries which, although difficult at the time, helped me develop my confidence as a Physical Therapist specializing in combat sports injuries. Here's some of the injuries I've overcome:
Labral tears (hip and shoulder)
Meniscal tears
Herniated discs (lumbar and cervical)
Groin/hamstring/quad strains
Rotator cuff tears
Turf toe
Multiple wrist and ankle sprains, and a host of tendinopathies.
As a Physical therapist and avid BJJ practitioner, I now share my expertise with BJJ athletes, wrestlers and judokas all over the world, helping each and every one of them overcome their pain and develop strength and resiliency on the mats!
